Your $99 Becomes Spa Credit
You pay $99 and that $99 turns into credit. Spend it on anything the spa offers, a facial, a peel, a wax, a product off the shelf. Unused credit rolls over month to month and never expires, so a month you cannot come in is banked rather than lost.

10% Off All Spa Treatments
The member discount runs across the treatment menu, from a facial to a peel to dermaplaning to microchanneling. It is a separate benefit from your credit.

On the professional lines Priti selects and stocks, the same lines she treats with in the studio. Ask the front desk to apply it before you pay.

A Complimentary Gift Card To Share
Members receive a gift card to pass to a friend or to someone in the family. The front desk will tell you the current value when you enroll.

Treatments, Products And Billing
What Does The 10% Off Apply To?
Spa treatments and products. The published member benefits are 10% off all spa treatments and 10% off products, listed as two separate benefits from the credit, so the discount is not taken out of your credit. Mention your membership at the front desk before you pay and it will be applied for you.
Does My Credit Expire?
No. Le Petit Spa's published terms say membership credit rolls over and never expires. A month you cannot get in is banked rather than lost, so the credit is still there the month you can.
What Can I Spend The Credit On?
Anything the spa offers. It is not tied to one treatment or one category, so it can go toward a facial, a peel, waxing, threading, lashes or a product off the shelf. If you would rather plan a course of treatments around it, Priti's team will map one out with you.
Which Professional Lines Does The Spa Carry, And Do Members Save On Them?
G.M. Collin, SkinCeuticals, Environ, 111SKIN, EltaMD and Biopelle, plus La Fleur by Priti, the multi-use Alchemist oil Priti formulates herself. Priti personally selects every brand the spa treats with and stocks. Members get 10% off products, and credit can be spent on them too.
Are The Studio Products The Same Ones Sold Online?
They are the same professional lines. Le Petit Skincare is our sister store and carries the lines Priti selects for the spa. What is physically on the shelf at Ballantyne or SouthPark on a given day varies, so call ahead if you want a specific product in your hands the day you visit, and ask the front desk how your member discount is applied.
Does The Membership Work At Both Locations?
Ballantyne and SouthPark run the same menu and the same standard, and both book through one Mindbody account. Ask us when you enroll and the front desk will confirm exactly how your credit applies at each studio. Ballantyne is 704-910-0559 and SouthPark is 980-406-3269.
How Do I Join?

How Do I Cancel?
There is no long-term commitment. The membership renews every month until you stop it, and you can stop it any time before your renewal date, either from your Mindbody account or by contacting either location.
