Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality, individualized skin and body treatments in a timely manner. Out of respect for our clients and staff, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments are in high demand and this time will be offered to another client.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

No-shows and late cancellations are charged a 100% service fee. This fee is donated entirely to a local charitable organization we support. Le Petit Spa has contributed to nonprofit organizations through charity for many years and this policy reflects that ongoing commitment.

Service Suitability

If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have booked, the amount paid may be applied toward another service or toward products available in our online skincare store.
