Every brand on the shelf and every protocol on the menu is her decision. Priti personally selects the professional-grade lines the spa carries, among them G.M. Collin, SkinCeuticals, Environ, 111SKIN, EltaMD and Biopelle, and she builds each plan around the skin in front of her rather than a fixed package. Nothing reaches a treatment room at Le Petit Spa that she has not chosen herself.

That standard is recognized outside her own treatment room. Le Petit Spa is a 2025 winner in the Charlotte Magazine BOB Awards and has been named to Charlotte's Best by The Charlotte Observer, with 2023 honors from South Charlotte City Lifestyle and Elevate Lifestyle as well. The certificates hang in the Ballantyne studio, beside a plaque carrying her own name.

Charlotte knows her by name, not just by the studio's. Charlotte Magazine has named Priti herself Best Esthetician, separately from the business. She formulates her own line, La Fleur by Priti, which sits on the shelf beside the international brands she chose. And she teaches: her Skin School posts answer the questions clients actually ask, in plain language, for anybody in the city who wants to understand their own skin, whether or not they ever book with her.
