Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

  • All sales are final.
  • Reward points have no cash value and may not be transferred or combined.
  • Performance of any service is at the sole discretion of our staff.
  • If you are not an appropriate candidate for a service you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied towards another service or products that are available on our store.
  • We do not accepts returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds on any product that has been open/used or gift cards. We can provide an exchange or store credit for products that are brought back to the appropriate location within 14 days of purchase date.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Our goal is to provide quality individualized skin and body treatments in a timely manner. “No shows” and "late cancellations" inconvenience those individuals who need access to treatments in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of our Spa policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize availability for our clients.
  • If you are not able to keep your appointment, please be courteous and call the office promptly as we require a 48-hour notice. Appointments are in high demand, therefore, this time will be relocated to someone who is in need of a treatment.
  • To cancel appointments, please call (980) 406-3269. If you do not reach the receptionist, please leave a detailed message on the voicemail or email us at priti@lepetitspacharlotte.com. We will be get back to you as soon as possible to accommodate you on the next available appointment time.
  • For many years, Le Petit Spa has contributed to non-profit organizations through charity. Therefore, All "No shows and late cancellations" are charged a 100% fee and is donated entirely to the "Foundation For Girls" in 2023.
