Step 2 — Complete Your Intake Form

Before your appointment, share your current products, skin concerns, and any photos of your skin. This helps your esthetician prepare so your time together is focused and productive.

Step 3 — Your Consultation Call

You’ll meet one-on-one with your esthetician over video. The call is conversational and thorough — typically 30 to 45 minutes. Your esthetician will assess your skin, ask the right questions, and give you specific, honest recommendations.

Step 4 — Your Personalized Plan

After your call, you’ll receive a written summary of your recommended routine and product suggestions. If you’d like to order any of our professional-grade products, we can facilitate that through our online store.

Yes. Our estheticians are trained to evaluate skin tone, texture, congestion, and condition via video and submitted photos. We may ask you to be in natural light or send a close-up photo in advance. For concerns that require in-person examination, we’ll be honest about what’s needed.

How long is a virtual consultation?

Most virtual consultations run 30 to 45 minutes. If your skin concerns are more complex, your esthetician may take a little longer.

What platform is used for the video call?

We use a simple, secure video platform. You’ll receive a link in your booking confirmation — no downloads or special setup required on most devices.

Do I have to purchase products through Le Petit Spa?

No. We’ll give you honest recommendations, and if you’d like to purchase through us, that’s convenient but entirely optional. Our goal is to help your skin, not push a sale.

Can I book a virtual consultation if I’ve never visited Le Petit Spa in person?

Yes. Virtual consultations are open to both new and returning clients. If you’re in Charlotte, we’d love to eventually see you in person, but there’s no requirement.

What if I want to visit in person after a virtual consultation?

You’re always welcome to book an in-person treatment at our Ballantyne or SouthPark location. Your esthetician can help recommend which in-person treatment would benefit your skin most based on your virtual consultation.
